We use FedEx Priority
Overnight
to ship all of our orders. Arrival
dates are not
available for Sundays. Be sure to include a civic address (not
a
PO box) when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery
addresses. Please ensure someone is at the location to receive the
order on the delivery date.
Your tracking
number
will be e-mailed to you so you know exactly where your order is at all
times. 
Reduced rates may be available to Atlantic provinces and parts of Nova
Scotia. Contact us for
details.
If you require a Saturday delivery, contact us prior to placing your
order, as delivery to certain areas may not be available.
We will
respond within one business day. 
Due to the nature of our products specialized packaging is
needed. We start by putting your product in a polystyrene
shipping
box and then use specially formulated gel packs to keep your product at
a cool tempurature.
From time to time FedEx may experience extreme weather which may cause delays in shipping. We are not reponsible for weather delays.
This usually results in orders being delivered a day later than
requested. You may call 1-800-GO-FEDEX for further questions about
locations and weather.
We are presently shipping across most of Canada. Due to the
perishability of our products, we cannot deliver
everywhere. If
you are in a remote area, please contact us to ensure we can deliver your lobsters in a timely manner.
